Rescue Restoration, a home restoration services company operating in multiple locations across Georgia, had long relied on referrals from property managers, previous customers, and contractors. Without a website, Google Business Profile, or digital marketing strategy, they struggled to appear in online searches, limiting their reach and potential for growth. Recognizing the need for a stronger online presence, Rescue Restoration hired us to build a WordPress website and implement a tailored search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) strategy.

Rescue Restoration’s primary challenge was the complete absence of an online presence. Without a website, potential customers had no way to discover their services beyond word-of-mouth referrals. Their top service, water restoration, was particularly underserved in online searches despite being their most in-demand insurance-covered service. Additionally, there was significant misinformation in the industry regarding mold remediation and crawl space repairs, leading to customer skepticism. Seasonal demand fluctuations (i.e., spikes in service requests during the rainy spring and freezing winter months) further complicated lead generation efforts. The client needed a strategic digital solution to establish credibility, drive online traffic, and convert visitors into leads.
Search Engine Optimization To build organic traffic, we optimized the new WordPress site around high-intent keywords for water restoration, mold remediation, and crawl space repairs. We mapped these search terms to specific service pages, improved the site’s technical structure for better crawlability, and launched a home restoration blog. Off-page, we built domain authority by securing PR features and guest posts, pitching through HARO, and engaging in home improvement forums.
Google Business Profile We set up and optimized a Google Business Profile (GBP) to capture local search traffic. This included standardizing their contact info and operating hours, listing all services, and adding high-quality photos of their work. To turn local searchers into actual leads, we highlighted customer reviews and integrated a direct booking link for easy scheduling.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Because SEO takes time, we launched Google Ads to generate immediate leads. We focused these campaigns specifically on their most urgent service: water restoration. By matching targeted ad copy with custom, conversion-focused landing pages, we ensured they showed up when customers needed them most. We actively managed bids and budgets to maximize efficiency, easily scaling up during seasonal weather spikes.
